Moving Money
One of the key aspects of any payment system is its ability to transfer money from one location to another in a fast, reliable and secure manner. Paisr is no different when it comes to this process.
Prerequisites
First make sure you've setup your Paisr Wallet and Balance. If you haven't, please checkout these guide on wallets and virtual balances.
Transfer methods
Paisr supports different methods for moving money, such as:
- P2P - Send money to another Paisr Wallet
- A2A - Move and or Convert money within your Paisr Wallet
- ACH - Withdraw money to a Connected Account
From your wallet or balance overview, click on Transfer and select one of the following options:
- To Someone (Supports: P2P & ACH)
- Between Balances (Supports: A2A)
or use the Transfers API to initiate transfers programatically.
Transfer money to someone
Follow these steps on how to transfer money to someone.
Select Source
Select the balance you want to transfer money from. If you've started from a balance, you can skip to the next step.
Select Destination
Select the contact or account you want to transfer money to.
Transfer Details
Enter the transfer details and click Initiate to start the transfer process.
Approve Transfer
In order for the transfer to go through, you'll need to approve it using your wallet PIN. Enter your PIN and click approve to confirm the transfer.
That's it ✅
The money is on it's way to the destination and should arrive in just a few seconds.
Move or swap currencies
Follow these steps to move money from one balance to another.
Select Source
Select the balance you want to transfer money from. If you've started from a balance, you can skip to the next step.
Transfer Details
Enter the transfer amount, select a destination balance and click Initiate to start the transfer process.
If you're making a cross-currency transfer, the funds will automatically be converted at market exchange rate.
That's it ✅
Transfers within your wallet auto-approve, so you're good to go.
Paying an Invoice
Follow these steps on how to use Paisr to pay for an invoice using the online Checkout flow.
This feature is only available for personal profiles.
Always confirm that the website you've been redirected to is
app.paisr.tech/pay/{token} before entering your credentials. If you're
unsure or suspicious, abort the payment and reach out to compliance@paisr.tech
to file a report.
Sign In to your Paisr account
Sign in to your account using your email and password.
Select Source Wallet
Select the wallet your want to pay with.
Confirm Payment
Review the invoice details and confirm your payment using your Wallet PIN.
That's it ✅
You'll be redirected back to Checkout or the Merchants website once your payment is complete.
